How to place an online order:
Simply add items to your basket and then proceed through the paypal secure checkout. For multiple frame orders please contact to discuss carriage charges prior to completing your purchase online.
Payment & Postage charges:
UK online orders can be paid for via paypal. Once payment is received goods will usually be dispatched within two working days via royal mail recorded delivery. Large frames will be sent via parcelforce due to weight limits on standard mail. You will receive regular emails regarding the status of your order.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, then goods will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared.

Returns:
Under the distance selling regulations all items can be returned (in as new condition) within seven days of purchase. Return postages costs are payable by the customer (please send returns by insured delivery, as items misplaced by the postage system cannot be refunded). Only the value of the goods will be refunded less postage and paypal fees (if this method of payment was used initially). Unfortunately, bespoke orders are not eligible for a refund.
Kindly notify me of any damages within 24 hours of receipt.
